01 Introduction

Welcome to j1win. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and j1win ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the j1win website, its associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services provided thereon, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, live games and instant-win titles.

j1win is an online entertainment platform designed with Pakistani users in mind. All content on this platform is provided in English. By accessing j1win, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all supplementary policies incorporated by reference, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

j1win does not claim to be licensed, regulated or authorised by any Pakistani governmental authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan. Users in Pakistan and elsewhere are solely responsible for determining whether their use of this platform is lawful under applicable local law. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation may restrict online gambling activities. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" — the registered user profile created on j1win, including associated balance, transaction history and preference settings.
• "Balance" — the total PKR-denominated funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus credit separately designated.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spins, cashback offer, reload offer or other incentive made available to a User subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "Content" — all text, images, software, data feeds, odds, game outcomes, graphics, logos and other materials made available through the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity and age verification procedures required under the operator's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" — the j1win website accessible at j1win.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interface provided by or on behalf of j1win.
• "Services" — all betting, gaming, casino, live dealer, sports wagering and ancillary services made available through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum total bet amount, expressed as a multiple of a bonus (or bonus plus deposit), that must be placed and settled before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

03 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any Service on j1win, you confirm that:

1. You have read and understood these Terms in full;
2. You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein;
3. You are of the minimum eligible age required to use this Platform (see Section 4);
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party;
5. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law;
6. The funds you deposit are from lawful sources and are not proceeds of criminal or fraudulent activity.

If you do not accept these Terms unconditionally, you must immediately cease accessing and using j1win and contact support to close your Account if one has been created.

04 Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

j1win is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, to create an Account and use any Service. We take underage access seriously and reserve the right to request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on j1win. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether through different email addresses, names or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, termination and forfeiture of any balances held, including bonus credit and winnings derived therefrom.

4.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Users accessing j1win from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where j1win does not hold any applicable licence are solely responsible for ensuring their access is lawful. j1win makes no representations about the legality of its Services in any specific jurisdiction and does not accept liability arising from a User's breach of their local laws.

4.4 Employee Exclusion

Employees, contractors, agents or representatives of j1win, affiliated companies, software providers or other business partners, along with their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to create Accounts or participate in any Service or promotional offer.

05 Account Registration

5.1 Registration Information

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details required to satisfy KYC obligations. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is grounds for account suspension or termination.

5.2 KYC Verification

j1win and/or its operating partners may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request or where required by applicable compliance obligations. KYC may involve providing a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

5.3 Account Currency

Account balances on j1win are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The use of PKR as the display currency is for the convenience of Pakistani users and does not constitute a representation that deposits or withdrawals are processed exclusively through Pakistani financial institutions or payment providers.

06 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. All activity carried out on your Account is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for such activity unless you have notified j1win of a security breach promptly upon becoming aware of it.

You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you have any reason to believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. j1win is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security or your failure to report unauthorised access promptly.

07 Deposits & Payments

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j1win may reference familiar Pakistani payment options — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers from institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references for Pakistani users. The mention of these payment providers does not imply their endorsement of gambling activities or their official affiliation with j1win. Actual payment availability is subject to the operator's current payment configuration and may change without prior notice.

7.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. All minimum figures are denominated in PKR for Pakistani users. Deposits below the stated minimum for a given method will not be processed.

7.3 Deposit Confirmation

Deposits become available in your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method. j1win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems or network outages.

7.4 Fund Source

By depositing funds, you represent and warrant that the funds are from a legitimate, lawful source and that you are the beneficial owner of the payment method used. j1win reserves the right to request evidence of fund source as part of enhanced due diligence where required.

08 Withdrawals

8.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable Wagering Requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

8.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. j1win targets internal processing within the timeframes stated in its current payment FAQ, but is not liable for delays introduced by third-party financial institutions or payment providers. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional review where the amounts are significant or where KYC documentation is pending.

8.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period, as specified in the operator's current payment terms. These limits may differ across payment methods and VIP tier levels.

8.4 Inactive Account Balances

Where an Account has had no login activity for a continuous period as specified in the operator's dormancy policy, an administrative inactivity fee may be applied to the remaining balance. Users will be notified prior to any such fee taking effect where contact details on file are current.

09 Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives offered by j1win are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion at the time of offer. These Terms set out the general framework; specific promotional terms prevail in the event of conflict regarding the particular offer.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a bonus is expressly designated as "wager-free", all bonus credit is subject to a Wagering Requirement before any winnings attributable to that bonus credit may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, the base amount to which it applies, and the qualifying game categories are specified in each promotion's terms. For illustrative context: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 25x Wagering Requirement requires PKR 25,000 in qualifying bets to be placed and settled before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

9.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a Wagering Requirement is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies. Placing a bet that exceeds the permitted maximum during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, irrespective of whether the bet won or lost.

9.4 Game Contribution

Different game types contribute different percentages of stakes towards the Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live casino titles. Specific game contribution rates are set out in the promotion's terms. Certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering.

9.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and associated free spin awards expire after a defined period from the date of issuance or opt-in, as stated in the specific promotion's terms. Any bonus credit or associated winnings remaining upon expiry will be forfeited without further notice.

9.6 Abuse of Promotions

j1win reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or recover bonus credit and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of promotional abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or collusion with other users.

10 Betting & Gaming Rules

10.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on j1win are subject to the sportsbook rules applicable to each sport and market type. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. j1win reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest pricing errors, incomplete events or circumstances rendering a result void under the applicable sport's governing rules.

10.2 Cricket Betting

Cricket markets — including PSL T20, Pakistan international matches and ICC tournaments — are governed by j1win's cricket betting rules, which address scenarios including but not limited to abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method revisions, over-reduction and match suspension. Market settlement follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. j1win has no official affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any team or player.

10.3 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing odds at the moment of confirmation. Network latency or connection issues between the User and j1win may mean that a bet is placed after odds have changed. j1win's system timestamp determines the accepted odds. Users in cities such as Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad should ensure they have a stable internet connection before placing live bets.

10.4 Casino & Slots

Casino games and slots are subject to the game rules published within each game. RTP (Return to Player) percentages indicated on the Platform are either operator-confirmed figures or illustrative examples; where an illustrative RTP is shown, this is clearly labelled. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino titles, by physical outcomes at studio tables.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j1win and may result in account suspension, permanent termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in ways not expressly authorised;
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or any other activity that distorts the integrity of betting markets;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud or other unlawful financial purpose;
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party without their explicit and informed consent;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct towards j1win support staff or other users;
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gambling controls, self-exclusion measures or access restrictions imposed by j1win.

12 Responsible Gambling

j1win is committed to supporting responsible gambling practices. Gambling should be an entertaining activity undertaken within one's means. We provide the following player-controlled tools through Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount deposited into the Account;
• Session Time Reminders — notifications alerting the User to elapsed session duration;
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen summaries of time spent and net position during a session;
• Self-Exclusion — a facility to suspend access to the Account for a defined period or indefinitely upon request.

j1win does not permit self-exclusion limits to be reduced or removed for a mandatory cooling-off period following their application. 13 Intellectual Property

All Content on j1win — including the j1win name, logo, graphics, page layouts, written content, software code and data compilations — is the property of j1win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No Content may be reproduced, redistributed, scraped, mirrored or used for any commercial purpose without express written permission from j1win.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right in respect of j1win's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j1win excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, winnings, anticipated savings, business opportunity or goodwill;
• Indirect, consequential, special or incidental loss of any kind;
• Loss or damage arising from network outages, service interruptions, third-party payment processing failures or force majeure events;
• Any reliance placed by the User on information, odds or Content provided on the Platform;
• Losses arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, j1win's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its applicable licence. j1win does not represent that its Services are lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. Users are responsible for compliance with their local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism applicable under the operator's licence terms. j1win will endeavour to resolve complaints raised via support channels within a reasonable timeframe.

16 Amendments

j1win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via the email address on file or through a notice displayed upon login prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using j1win and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
